Dream apartments has two locations:

595 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON M6C 1A3

*Students do not have the option to pick a location as it depends on availability.

Note that Dream Apartments booking process is meticulous and availability changes quickly. To hold a room, an online payment of $250 CAD (non-refundable) is needed. If there is availability, information with the payment link will be shared via email. Accommodation is not guaranteed until a booking confirmation email has been received. Additionally, students must purchase Bayswater insurance throughout their stay in the residence.

Dream Apartments

Experience the thrill of living in modern designed apartments! Nestled in the middle of the city, they are fully furnished and only 20 minutes away from downtown. Room price options vary from shared 3-bedroom apartment to shared 2-bedroom spaces.

The apartment features contemporary designs and adequate sized showers. Students have access to a communal, fully equipped kitchen, allowing them to cook and prepare their own meals.

Minimum stay: 4 weeks.

Fridge, freezer, stove, oven, pans, microwave, mixer, coffee maker and cutlery. Cutlery is shared. Student get a set of plates and cups assigned by color code.

Cleaning

A weekly light cleaning service is offered in living room and bedrooms. However, students are accountable for maintaining the overall cleanliness of their own rooms and house. Bed changes are not part of the service.

Bathroom

For shared bedroom apartment= 3 students maximum sharing bathroom. For shared 2 bedroom apt = 2 students maximum sharing it.
